Two years ago, I have many ways of invading Iran. But as of today, I won't do it. It is suicidal. Iranian air defense alone will bog my expedition unit down.

Other option is to make an overture to Russia. Pally up with Russia, become familiar with their system, then ask them nicely to please leave Iran. Tear up whatever defense agreement they might have signed, so I could move in to kick the Mullah’s out of Teheran.

That is Trump’s blueprint.

It is an unusual way to conduct a war as an American president. But it works better than going around banging heads and winning nothing – like Alexander the Great.
