Letter to the American Poor

From: SmithieForPresident,

To: The American Poor, Veterans and the Deplorables,

Dearest y’all,

First I’d like to say happy #Halloween to all you good folks. And thank you for making America work. I am extremely grateful for your support and I hope you all stay with me through to general election.

Now, i’d love to follow up with a quote from a shrimping fella in the bayou. His name is George Dunavoy, and he reminded me of Daniel in the lion’s den. He said, to look it up in chapter 3 in the Bible. There, he said, Daniel, despite being surrounded by hungry lions was defiant, and rather than show fear or plead to the King – who threw him in the furnace, he, Daniel, called on God to come bear witness to the fate that was about to befallen him – all for the sake of spreading his message.

According to him, that is a “Lord! Come by here!” attitude in American history. Impressed and grateful for his imput, I therefore made this banner for you all to share and post to friends, family and co-workers.

Mr. Duvanoy’s statement reads like this:

Once again, thank you for making America work, and thank you for not abandoning the interest of active and retired American workers in the home front.

Vote SMITHIE and let’s all ReBuildUSAtoday and make democracy work better than ever!

Sincerely,

Abbey S. Laurel-Smith (SmithieForPresident)
