Armed citizen(s) with assault rifles, in that kind of environment will certainly get shot by the police.

The only way to get armed citizen organized is to:

• get armed citizens organized, zoned, quartered, and paired.
• get every armed citizen registered.
• get them to declare their type of arsenal.
• get them some kind of standard para military training.
• get them radios and establish some kind of comms. standard.
• organize them into rapid reaction groups of twos and fours.
• let the police know where their location in a FUBAR scene like this.
