I thought this question was for Siri, so I went ahead and asked Siri to identify four “people like Putin”.

Answer: “Obama, Hollande, Merkel and probably Hillary”

But why do they think they can start wars and attack other countries? I asked Siri again.

Answer: “Peer group pressure, paranoia and a certain disregard for the fact that current Russia is resourceful. And it is rebranding itself and as new – all business and democratically focused. In short, it is no longer the old Soviet communist enemy and these four individuals have problems accepting this obvious fact”.

Fair enough! I agree.
